What we collect
If you create an account, we collect the name and email address you provide, along with the information needed to secure your account. When you place an order through platform checkout, the checkout provider collects the contact, payment, and delivery information needed to process your purchase. We receive the order details needed to fulfill and support that order.
If you choose to add a note journey update, we collect the note code and the optional city-or-region and reflection you submit. Please do not include names, contact details, exact locations, or other sensitive information in a journey update.
The site also uses local browser storage for your cart and may use analytics technology to understand site and product interactions.
How we use it
We use information to operate the store, fulfill orders, provide customer support, maintain account access, and understand how the site is used. We use contact details for One Shot Notes communications only when you choose to receive them; you can unsubscribe from those communications.
Checkout and payments
No One Shot Notes account is required to use platform checkout. Payment and delivery details are entered through the platform checkout and its payment processor, not on this storefront's cart page. Receipt and order-update emails are sent in connection with checkout through that process.
Our commitment
We do not sell or rent personal information.
